1. Appropriate Use of the Platform
Our completely free invoicing tool is specifically engineered to empower freelancers, consultants, and Indian businesses to rapidly generate professional GST-compliant PDF documentation. You agree to utilize this generator strictly for lawful commercial accounting or record-keeping purposes.
You agree not to use Eebii for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities. Eebii expressly forbids the generation of forged invoices intended to deceive tax authorities, financial institutions, or any receiving entity. You hold sole liability for any data, computations, or invoices produced using our web interface.
2. Disclaimer of Financial and Accounting Liability
Eebii exists as a technological utility intended to simplify document generation by mathematically calculating requested GST tax brackets (CGST, SGST, IGST) based solely on your inputted parameters.
However, Eebii does not provide professional tax, legal, or accounting advice. While we strive to ensure our automatic calculation formulas are fully compliant with Indian GST laws, taxation logic can occasionally shift due to government updates. We provide this software strictly "as-is," and it remains your explicit responsibility to verify that the final PDF amounts and tax implications are legally compliant before officially remitting them to your clients or submitting them to the authorities.
3. Intellectual Property
All source code, UI/UX designs, algorithms, stylesheets, graphics, and underlying technological methodologies provided by Eebii represent our intellectual property and are safeguarded by international copyright protocols. The tool grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the application to generate documents, but you may not duplicate, clone, or reverse-engineer our web application core code for unauthorized redistribution.
4. Pro SaaS Subscription Conditions
If you choose to scale your agency by leveraging our Pro SaaS Subscription, further specific terms regarding account retention, automated billing, API integrations, and data hosting SLAs will apply alongside separate invoicing contracts. Pro Users acknowledge that repeated failures to clear recurring invoices may result in the suspension of premium cloud-sync functionalities.
5. Service Adjustments and Availability
We work tirelessly to keep Eebii functioning flawlessly around the clock. However, due to scheduled maintenance, third-party server bottlenecks, or unexpected traffic volume spikes, we cannot guarantee un-interrupted uptime. We reserve the full right to update, limit, or occasionally suspend the application layout, API, or service parameters at any given moment to deploy new aesthetic or functional features without advance notification.
6. Modifications to The Terms of Service
Because Eebii is an evolving technological framework, we may sporadically amend these Terms of Service to reflect shifts in tax laws, new SaaS features, or advertising architectures. When modifications occur, the effective date will be formally updated. Your continued engagement with Eebii following any policy publication confirms your explicit agreement to those revised standard operating procedures.
